Mentor-Mentee Program
The Mentor-Mentee Program pairs second- and third-year full-time and part-time Educational Counseling students with first-year students for the academic year. The program provides an opportunity for students to connect across cohorts, share experiences, build professional relationships, and support one another throughout the graduate school journey.

First-Year Representatives
The First-Year Representative position gives incoming students the opportunity to connect with and contribute to the SHiEC community. Two representatives, one online and one in-person, are selected from the incoming first-year cohort to serve as liaisons between first-year students and the SHiEC Board.

Alumni Mentorship Program
Returning this 2026-27 academic year, the Alumni Mentorship Program connects second- and third-year Educational Counseling students with EC alumni for mentorship, networking, career guidance, and support as students prepare for graduation and the transition into their next chapter.
